My principal needs to be educated on the value of music education (and by extentsion the value of ME!) So - I was looking for some short articles and things that I put in her mailbox once in a while to remind her that I'm not babysitting students so classroom teachers can have prep time. In my search, I came across what is now my new favorite website, Songs for Teaching. It has song clips, lyrics, articles, ideas, and stuff for me and lots of stuff for non-musical administrators!! As a bonus I found theSome Houses Song there!!!!! (Some Houses made it's debut in '96 at Camp Logan!!) I haven't heard it since then - although it will be a great song to use with my kids!! I'm excited!!
