Jon's postal policy thought of the day . . . "IF I get a package, and whoever sent it didn't put enough postage on it - - it gets mailed out anyway and I end up having to pay Postage Due. I can pay the 2 bucks and receive my package - - but if I refuse to pay what's due, the postoffice will ship it back (and presumably it will cost the $2 to return to sender) why don't they just give me the package - it'll save them money?!
