Back when I was young and stupid (yesterday) I thought it was cool to take advantage of the free parking downtown - - I had to walk a bit to get to my internship, but that was an essential part of the Bohemian Charm! PLUS I saved about 10 bucks a week not using the ramps! Today I realized there's nothing "cool" about it. When the temp is -5 (I won't mention wind chills) that 15 minute hike is downright COLD (and possibly stupid!)
