While doing research for my speech I came across this webpage. Suddenly all my life makes sense . . .methinks I am a Cultural Creative! It certainly explains my strange views of the world, why I enjoy being with Arts Admin people, why I'm spending big money to get a degree which qualifies me for jobs making significantly less money than a first year teacher, why I hate eating processed foods, even why I let my clothes air dry instead of using the machine. It might even explain my frustration with "those people"! (The cultural creatives might undersatnd me - scarey thought!!) I don't have the book yet - but I'm looking forward to reading it (hopefully soon!!!) (hopefully after I finish my speech!!)
